In our school we think it important for all students to take a group 6 subject too.<br><br>At our school we offer the following subjects for the subject groups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Group 1: German &amp; French<br>Group 2: French &amp; English<br>Group 3: Philosophy &amp; History (in French )<br>Group 4: Biology &amp; Physics (in French)<br>Group 5: Mathematics (in French )<br>Group 6: Visual Arts &amp; Theatre (in English)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-11 kt-pane2280_351512-63\"><h2 class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\" type=\"button\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\">Admission procedure<\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/h2><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>In order to apply for entry to the IB programme, pupils need to take an Entry Exam and hand in an application portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Entry Exam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pupils are tested in Maths, English, French and German.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Application portfolio contains<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Motivational letter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The results of the Entry Exam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full records of school reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Waldorf pupils: The decision of teachers and their school based on an orientation process conducted during the previous school year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For students from outside the Waldorf Luxembourg:<br>An Interview with the IB coordinator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pupils at our Waldorf School<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>who are in the 10th year first need to apply for entry into the 11th year, which is also called the \u2018Pre-IB\u2019. This year is a preparatory study year for the IB program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only after successful completion of the 11th year may the pupils follow the steps of the application procedure as explained above in order to apply for entry into the two-year IB study program.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-1 kt-pane2280_0cfc71-28\"><h2 class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\" type=\"button\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\">Assessments<\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/h2><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>IB pupils are evaluated internally and externally.
